At Paris Saint Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all designer tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
